A company in SILMC - SERVICIOS INTEGRADOS DE LEALTAD, MERCADOTECNIA Y COMUNICACIÓN, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. is seeking a Senior Tech Product Analyst. The Senior Tech Product Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis, documentation, and design of technology solutions that translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications. This role proactively identifies process improvements, optimizes existing products, and designs new solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives. The role also involves close collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams and acting as a mentor within the analyst team.

Role involves:

• Conducting advanced-level analysis and understanding of technical documentation.
• Analyzing and documenting current processes, defining future processes, and mapping critical dependencies.
• Participating in the negotiation and prioritization of features.
• Translating complex requirements into user stories and functional documentation.
• Acting as a mentor for junior analysts.
• Facilitating interactions between business and technical areas.
• Participating in the validation and functional testing of developed solutions.
• Supervising the implementation of changes and new functionalities.
• Monitoring post-implementation performance.
• Developing and maintaining functional and technical documentation.
• Participating in managing the product lifecycle.
• Maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
• Promoting an autonomous work culture.
• Serving as a Spin Culture Ambassador.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product analysis, tech product management, or related fields.
• A technological educational background.
• Familiarity with technical concepts and workflows, including software development processes and product lifecycle management.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven experience with financial products, including knowledge of their regulation in Mexico.
• Proficient in collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, AWS, Postman, Power BI, SQL and non-rational databases.
• Highly skilled in functional and technical documentation.
• Advanced critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
• Experienced in collaborating on the validation and functional testing of products.
