Spin, FEMSA's technological innovation division, is seeking a KAM Mid Market to manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing business opportunities. The role involves developing personalized strategies, identifying opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring sales and profitability goals are met.
The KAM Mid Market acts as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing the delivery of products and services, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet expectations and agreements.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing strategic business accounts, ensuring continuous and solid client relationships.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
- Developing and implementing tailored commercial strategies aligned with Spin Networks' objectives.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within key accounts.
- Leading and closing negotiations with clients, managing prices, service levels, and deliverables.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure product and service delivery meets quality standards.
- Coordinating project development and implementation for clients.
- Measuring and monitoring KPIs related to responsible accounts.
- Investigating and analyzing related markets or sectors to expand business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Academic background in Administration, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- 7-8 years of experience in sales, portfolio management, key account management, preferably in the same sector as Spin Networks.
- Experience in negotiations with C-level executives and legal/financial teams.
- B2B experience, particularly with regional and national clients.
- Knowledge of target segments Spin Networks focuses on (Health, Mobility, Restaurants, and Retail).
- Strong negotiation, communication, collaboration, and results-oriented skills.
- Advanced skills in sales forecasting, presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), data analysis (Tableau, Power BI), project management platforms (Jira, Asana), collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom), lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple key accounts and projects.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
