InvGate, a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in IT management and service automation, is seeking a Customer Success Representative. This role is crucial for ensuring clients achieve success with InvGate's solutions.

The Customer Success Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving product adoption, and ensuring long-term retention. They will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value derived from InvGate's solutions. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge, energy, empathy, client orientation, versatility, and operational experience to execute Customer Success plans.

This position involves close collaboration with the product, implementation, support, and sales departments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Driving customer engagement through training and ongoing support.
  • Developing and executing success plans to ensure desired outcomes for customers.
  • Proactively identifying risks and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitoring key customer health metrics to drive retention and growth.
  • Advocating for customers by gathering feedback for product enhancement.
  • Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Setting follow-up meetings to check customers' satisfaction and needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, software implementation, or Account Management.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working with big companies as clients, and managing millionaire business portfolios.
  • English bilingual
  • Strong negotiation skills
