The representative will collaborate with clients to develop and implement success plans, ensuring they maximize their return on investment with InvGate's products and services. This role involves identifying business opportunities, analyzing usage results, and providing recommendations to clients.Responsibilities include:
- Offering technical solutions for prospects and clients of ITSM & ITAM applications.
- Reviewing client configurations and offering improvement suggestions.
- Providing professional services to clients.
- Conducting general training sessions for clients and partners.
- Handling client calls and requests related to functional configuration questions.
- Creating documentation to facilitate configuration, including implementation best practices.
- Scheduling follow-up meetings to update clients, verify satisfaction, and identify needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in software implementation and support.
- Native Portuguese speaker with advanced English or Spanish proficiency.
- Strong negotiation skills.
