Implementations Analyst at InvGate

InvGate, a rapidly expanding SaaS firm specializing in IT management and service automation solutions, seeks an Implementations Analyst. The successful candidate will spearhead the onboarding process, ensuring the seamless implementation of the company's software for new clientele.

The Implementations Analyst will collaborate closely with clients to ascertain their specific needs, configuring and integrating the software to optimize their workflows and facilitate a smooth transition.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with new clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Setting up the software, customizing features, and configuring settings to align with client workflows.
• Assisting with importing and organizing client data into the system.
• Ensuring the SaaS product integrates seamlessly with the client's existing systems or tools.
• Overseeing the implementation timeline, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges during the implementation process.
• Gathering client feedback to improve future implementations and contribute to product enhancements.

Requirements:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in APIs, data structures, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Enjoy problem-solving and thinking analytically.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
