- Interfacing between customers and R&D teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or working towards one).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Client-focused with good energy and empathy.
- Experience in software implementation, especially ITSM or ITIL.
- Advanced level of English.
