InvGate, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a bilingual Sales & Implementations Engineer to join their team in Mexico City. This role involves understanding client's business processes and mapping them to InvGate's software solutions. He/She will advise potential clients on technical aspects during the sales process and implement products to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering technical solutions to prospects or clients for ITSM & ITAM applications via demos, proofs of concept, and production implementations.
  • Validating solutions technically and from a project planning perspective.
  • Supporting Sales Representatives during the entire sales process (RFI, RFP, contract negotiation).
  • Creating documentation to simplify configuration and share implementation best practices.
  • Interfacing between customers and the R&D team to resolve complex technical or product/implementation issues.

Requirements:

  • Analytical Thinking
  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Client-focused with good energy and empathy.
  • Software implementation experience, especially in ITSM or ITIL.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

The office is located in Paseo de la Reforma, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX, and the position requires on-site work.
