Sales and Implementation Engineer

Job Description

InvGate is seeking a bilingual Sales & Implementations Engineer to join their team in Mexico City. This hybrid role involves understanding client's business processes and mapping them to InvGate's software solutions. The engineer will advise potential clients on technical aspects during the sales process and implement products to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities include:

• Delivering technical solutions for ITSM & ITAM applications, including demos and implementations.
• Validating solutions from a technical and project planning perspective.
• Supporting Sales Representatives throughout the sales process.
• Generating documentation to facilitate configuration.
• Interfacing between customers and R&D to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Analytical thinking skills.
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or working towards one).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Enjoyment in working with clients and empathy.
• Previous experience in software implementation, particularly ITSM or ITIL.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
