Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Customer Success, software implementation, or technical support.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to work across cultures.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a startup environment.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to deliver tailored solutions effectively.
