This role is based in Spain and requires fluency in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will combine technical support expertise with presales skills, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and tailored solutions. This person will work closely with development, customer success, and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support to clients globally via email, tickets, and remote sessions.
  • Analyze and optimize client configurations, recommending enhancements.
  • Collaborate with development and customer success teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Support the sales team during RFI and RFP processes by offering technical insights.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations addressing client pain points.
  • Address technical inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience in technical support, presales, or software implementation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments, networking, and connectivity.
