UltiMaker is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute regional strategies to drive profitable growth in the South Korea market. Reporting to the Asia Pacific Vice President, the Channel Sales Manager will work with the Asia Pacific Channel Sales team to develop and execute market-development strategies, manage the execution of strategic sales plans, and maintain positive customer relationships.
The role involves:
- Working with the Asia Pacific Channel Sales team
- Aligning resources with strategy
- Managing execution of strategic sales plans
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing channel partners
- Communicating with team members and channel partners
- Developing accurate sales forecasts
- Extensive travel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in B2B channel development
- In-depth understanding of system integrators, channel/partner programs, and sales pipeline management
- Experience in Channel Sales/Management
- Strategic sales planning and profitable market growth
- Consultative selling skills
- Ability to achieve annual targets/goals
- Communication skills in English and Korean (verbal, written, presentation)
- Analytical and strategic planning skills; problem-solving
- Judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive execution of strategic plans
