PHP Backend Developer at UltiMaker

UltiMaker is seeking a passionate Backend Developer to revolutionize digital manufacturing technologies. The Backend Developer will drive technical innovation for UltiMaker's digital platform, developing robust, scalable backend solutions and optimizing the digital infrastructure. He or she will collaborate across cutting-edge technology stacks, pushing the boundaries of manufacturing technology and creating seamless user experiences.

The role involves:

• Designing and implementing backend services and APIs
• Developing and maintaining scalable backend infrastructure
• Optimizing database performance and system architecture
• Implementing advanced data storage and retrieval solutions
• Automating deployment processes using modern DevOps practices
• Integrating multiple data services and platforms

Requirements:

• Strong backend development experience
• CI/CD experience
• Proficiency in server-side programming (PHP preferred, but open to other languages)
• Solid understanding of database design and optimization
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and version control (Git)
• Agile development methodology knowledge
