The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Activation Manager to lead marketing initiatives for ESN in the Dutch market. This hybrid role, based in Amsterdam, requires weekly office presence for collaboration.

The Marketing Activation Manager will develop and implement local marketing strategies based on global guidelines for the Dutch market. They will coordinate 360° marketing activations to launch new products and drive growth, as well as collaborate with marketing departments and external agencies. The role involves executing brand communication, including developing and implementing marketing, media, and communication plans.

The ideal candidate will ensure an optimal presence at the point of sale (both offline and online) and develop local tools in alignment with the global brand team. They will develop and execute customer-specific omni-channel promotion plans, manage the annual budget, track performance, monitor key business figures, and conduct competitive analyses.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience as a Brand/Marketing Manager
  • Experience in the sports, nutrition, or FMCG segment within the Dutch market

  • Proficient in working with MS Office
