More Nutrition, a DTC brand within The Quality Group, is seeking a Senior Product Line Manager to lead the development and execution of a product line strategy. The role involves driving growth, brand awareness, and market share. The Senior Product Line Manager will have full P&L ownership, ensuring an effective portfolio, price pack architecture, promotion strategy, and innovation pipeline.

• Developing and implementing category strategies.
• Managing product portfolios from concept to lifecycle.
• Monitoring financial performance and optimizing sales and margins.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to align product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Driving successful product launches and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Several years of experience in product management within the FMCG industry.
• A proven track record in developing category strategies, driving innovation, and managing product portfolios.
• Experience in managing product category P&Ls, with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in market research, data analysis, and financial planning.
• Fluency in English and German.
