Digital Commerce Manager (gn)

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Digital Commerce Manager (gn) to join their Commercial Team at ESN & More. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing a retail media strategy that drives growth and strengthens partnerships. The Digital Commerce Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of all measures. They will also analyze performance regularly, derive relevant insights, and communicate these to stakeholders to continuously optimize effectiveness.

Role Involves:
• Developing a retail media strategy based on business and marketing objectives.
• Identifying new potentials in retail media and evaluating partnerships.
• Building sustainable relationships with key retailers.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Analyzing performance and deriving actionable insights.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-Commerce and/or Performance Media.
• Strong focus on trade environments and B2B partnerships.
• Excellent knowledge of advertising products and tools in retail and omnichannel media.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Fluency in both German and English.
