Job Description

The Quality Group is seeking a SalesTech Performance Manager to join their Commercial Team. This role focuses on the data-driven management and optimization of the field service team, ensuring effective implementation at the point of sale. The SalesTech Performance Manager will be the central point of contact between the field service and the Sales Tech Team, coordinating all field service activities seamlessly.

Role involves:

  • Managing the interface between field service and the Sales Tech Team.
  • Overseeing the collection and analysis of field service visits in Salesforce.
  • Optimizing route planning for the field service team.
  • Creating and managing dashboards and reports.
  • Managing the Image Recognition Software.
  • Serving as the primary contact for the field service team regarding planning, reporting, and system usage.

Requirements:

  • Experience in field service and familiarity with German retail structures.
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to derive data-driven insights.
  • Tech-savviness and interest in working with IT systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and service-oriented skills.
  • Ability to work independently and structured.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
