Job Description

ESN is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to drive the success of their digital campaigns. The E-Commerce Manager will play a central role in the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns. He/She will develop tailored campaign strategies and work closely with influencer, creative, and tech teams to expand the brand presence. This role offers the opportunity to take on both strategic and operative responsibilities, shaping the digital future of ESN.

The role involves:

  • Planning and managing campaigns, defining actions and discount mechanisms for the ESN brand.
  • Analyzing the target audience and developing tailored campaigns.
  • Coordinating with the Operations Team to ensure actions stay on track and schedules are met.
  • Evaluating KPIs and campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.
  • Presenting results and recommendations in meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in E-Commerce or campaign management, ideally from a consultancy or D2C brand.
  • Experience in the D2C sector and a good understanding of how to take quick and targeted measures in a direct customer environment.
  • Excellent German and English skills; Dutch or Spanish language skills are an advantage.
