The candidate will play a crucial role in building relationships with social media influencers, developing creative campaigns, and driving engagement with the target audience for the ESN brand.Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, contacting, and building relationships with social media influencers.
• Developing and executing creative influencer marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating with content and marketing teams to create engaging content.
• Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing key metrics to optimize strategies.
• Organizing influencer events, including shootings and video shoots.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements include:

• Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
• Experience within the fitness or nutrition industry in the Netherlands is important.
• Confident personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
