Leitstandmitarbeiter (gn) at The Quality Group

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Leitstandmitarbeiter (gn) to join their brand-new logistics location in Elsdorf. In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of the warehouse management system from the ground up.

The role involves:

• Creating user accounts and permissions, managing master data, and maintaining an overview of the warehouse management system.
• Optimizing and managing storage locations and structures, and adjusting product data within the system.
• Conducting regular inventory checks, correcting stock levels, assisting with inventories, and generating reports and evaluations.
• Providing proactive support to operational colleagues, identifying and resolving errors, and conducting user training.
• Administering and configuring warehouse-related applications, testing system adjustments, and maintaining system documentation.
• Analyzing and optimizing work and process flows, and participating in the design of new processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong affinity for IT and several years of experience with warehouse management systems.
• Ideally, a completed commercial training, an IT-related qualification, or a relevant degree.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in German and English.
