Warehouse System Specialist (gn) at The Quality Group

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Warehouse System Specialist to join their team at the new logistics location in Elsdorf. The successful candidate will bring their IT skills and logistics know-how to actively help shape the warehouse management system.

Role involves:

• Creating user accounts and permissions
• Managing master data
• Optimizing warehouse spaces and structures
• Adjusting product data in the system
• Conducting inventory checks and correcting stock levels
• Generating reports and evaluations
• Supporting operational colleagues, identifying and fixing errors
• Conducting user training for the warehouse management system
• Administering and configuring warehouse-related applications
• Testing system customizations
• Maintaining system documentation
• Analyzing and optimizing work and process flows
• Participating in the design of new processes

Requirements:

• High IT affinity
• Several years of experience with warehouse management systems in a logistics environment
• Ideally, a completed commercial training, an IT-related qualification, or a corresponding degree
• Team-oriented and hands-on mentality
• Good communication skills in German and English
