Maschinen- & Anlagenführer (Machine & Plant Operator)

Role Involves:

• Independently setting up and operating production machines.
• Ensuring adherence to machine performance targets, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintaining production quality through ongoing checks.
• Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

• Training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Food Technology Specialist, or comparable technical education.
• Technical understanding (experience in machine operation, PC skills).
• Ideally, experience in food production.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Teamwork skills, reliability, and a structured work approach.

Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik (Food Technology Specialist)

Role Involves:

• Operating, monitoring, and controlling production plants.
• Ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to strict hygiene and quality regulations.
• Maintaining and managing documents.
• Checking and reporting on defects in products, raw materials, or equipment.
• Ideally, experience in process, filling, and packaging lines.
• Working according to legal regulations and requirements.

Requirements:

• Completed training as a Food Technology Specialist or professional experience in industrial food production, along with technical understanding.
• Teamwork skills and a careful, responsible work approach.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken.
