Training & Development Coordinator (gn) at The Quality Group

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to foster the development of teams at their production site. The coordinator will be instrumental in guiding employees towards new skills and ensuring well-trained teams in food production.

The role involves developing and leading trainings that exceed standards, utilizing organizational skills, creativity, and interpersonal skills.

Role Involves:

• Planning, developing, and conducting trainings for production employees (on-site, digital, or blended learning).
• Creating handouts, presentations, and exercises for effective learning.
• Analyzing training needs and developing individual plans.
• Evaluating training success and ensuring practical application of learned material.
• Supporting the selection of external training and collaborating with managers on development plans.
• Gaining leadership experience in a dynamic production environment.

Requirements:

• Completed training, ideally as a specialist in food technology, or experience in a technical environment.
• Confident moderation of trainings, ideally in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of common training methods or willingness to learn.
• Independent, structured, and communicative work style.
• Organizational talent and a motivating personality with practical knowledge transfer.
• Fluency in German and English; Turkish language skills are a plus.
