IT Infrastructure Admin (gn) at The Quality Group

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to play a key role in the secure and efficient administration of its IT systems, with a focus on Microsoft 365. The role involves being an expert in innovative solutions and contributing fresh ideas to optimize the company's digital workspace.

The IT Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing Microsoft 365, user and group administration, implementing security policies, and providing end-user support. The administrator will also be involved in monitoring, analyzing, and documenting IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and optimizing Microsoft 365
• User and group administration
• Implementing security policies
• End-user support for M365 applications
• Monitoring, analyzing, and documenting IT systems
• Troubleshooting IT issues

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in infrastructure administration and Microsoft 365 administration
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic network technologies
• Understanding of security and compliance policies in the M365 environment and identity and access management
• Proactive in identifying optimization potentials and developing innovative solutions
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in German and English
