QC Support Technician

Job Description

Legend Biotech is seeking a QC Support Technician to join their Quality Operations Team in Ghent. This role is vital in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of cell therapies. The technician will work closely with team leaders and QC analysts, providing hands-on support for QC analyses and maintaining a sterile environment.

The QC Support Technician will be responsible for:

• Supporting quality control through daily hands-on assistance in QC analyses.
• Managing materials, including equipment disinfection and lab material management.
• Transferring samples safely between production zones and logistics centers.
• Supporting environmental monitoring analyses in grade C and D environments.
• Documenting all disinfection and cleaning tasks accurately.
• Maintaining aseptic conditions while working on a shift schedule (weekends, no nights).

Requirements for this role include:

• A high school diploma (preferred).
• Practical experience in an operational environment (preferred).
• Fluency in Dutch and/or English.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and compliance.
• Ability to work systematically and follow GMP regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
