Project Manager at Legend Biotech EU

Legend Biotech is seeking a Project Manager to lead impactful projects and contribute to transforming healthcare. The Project Manager will be based in Ghent, Belgium. This role involves collaborating with international teams to develop effective solutions.

As a Project Manager, the role will directly bring value across departments and teams and will focus on optimizing processes by leading the implementation of various software integration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Managing IT-focused projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Overseeing critical systems such as MES, SAP, and other software systems.
• Leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and control costs.
• Providing stakeholders with detailed progress reports.
• Working with subject matter experts and external partners to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Refining project management tools and methodologies.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering).
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• At least five years of experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated industries.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, LIMS, MES) and master data management is an asset.
• Good understanding of business processes within large organizations, specifically in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
