Job Description

Legend Biotech is seeking a Maintenance Engineer Lab Equipment to ensure the seamless operation of laboratory equipment. The role is crucial in supporting the production of cell therapies.

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining lab equipment at peak performance, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, logging all maintenance activities, supporting equipment upgrades, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

What this role involves:

• Performing reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.
• Logging maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Supporting equipment upgrades and continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineers, production, and quality teams.

Who Legend Biotech is looking for:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, electromechanics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Either a recent graduate or an experienced maintenance professional.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• A proactive and hands-on approach.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.
