CAR-T Operations Technical Lead Clean Room

Legend Biotech is seeking a CAR-T Operations Technical Lead to join their Operations Team in Ghent. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact patients' lives by coordinating the CAR-T production process and managing operational teams within a clean room environment. The ideal candidate will ensure quality and compliance with cGMP standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies, and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality improvements.

Role Involves:

• Coordinating daily CAR-T production activities and managing operational teams in the clean room.
• Managing quality aspects of production activities and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.
• Collaborating with teams to integrate new technologies and processes.
• Optimizing production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Overseeing the implementation of safety and environmental health procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in science, bioengineering, pharmacy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cGMP or ATMP environment, preferably in biotech or pharmaceutical.
• Substantial experience with grade C aseptic GMP manufacturing.
• Proven track record of leading teams or managing projects.
• Fluency in Dutch or English with strong communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of cGMP regulations and clean room operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
