Morse Micro is seeking a Supply Chain and NPI Planning Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations and drive the successful introduction of new products. This role involves ensuring alignment across teams and focusing on operational excellence.The Supply Chain and NPI Planning Manager will be responsible for Morse Micro’s new product management, dealing directly with the foundry (TSMC-US) for product tape-out, assembly vendor (ATXSH) for packaging design, and testing vendor (ASESG) for ATE/Final Testing. This person will collaborate between manufacturing partners, supply vendors, and engineering teams to ensure product launch success. The role also includes data analysis, report generation, and providing insights for supply chain optimization.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement supply chain strategies for cost, quality, and delivery optimization.
- Manage demand/supply planning, inventory control, and supplier partnerships.
- Oversee product readiness, tape-out processes, and manufacturing transitions.
- Lead NPI execution, ensuring smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, and production.
- Drive supply chain readiness for product launches, including sourcing and supplier qualification.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years in supply chain management, planning, or NPI.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Experience in manufacturing, vendor management, and process optimization.
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or PMP certification is a plus.
