Morse Micro is seeking a vibrant and people-oriented Reception & Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of their brand in Sydney. This part-time role (3 days per week) involves ensuring the smooth operation of the office and being a culture ambassador.She will report to the Head of Office Operations and work closely with the People and Culture Team.
  • Greeting employees, visitors and couriers, creating a lasting first impression
  • Organising general office upkeep, including food and beverage orders and stationery
  • Arranging outbound/inbound shipments
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in office administration, reception, front of house, hospitality, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting tasks
  • Positive, outgoing attitude
  • Event coordination experience
