Morse Micro is seeking a vibrant and people-oriented Reception & Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of their brand in Sydney. This part-time role (3 days per week) involves ensuring the smooth operation of the office and being a culture ambassador.She will report to the Head of Office Operations and work closely with the People and Culture Team.
- Greeting employees, visitors and couriers, creating a lasting first impression
- Organising general office upkeep, including food and beverage orders and stationery
- Arranging outbound/inbound shipments
Requirements: - 3+ years experience in office administration, reception, front of house, hospitality, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
- Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting tasks
- Positive, outgoing attitude
- Event coordination experience
