The Demo Specialist will translate complex healthcare processes into impactful demonstrations and serve as a trusted subject matter expert.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging software demonstrations
- Acting as a subject matter expert in hospital revenue cycle operations
- Configuring and optimizing demo environments
- Supporting the sales team with pre-sales activities
- Providing feedback to product management teams
The role requires:
- 5+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management
- Proven ability to deliver software demonstrations
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows
- Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems
- Leadership experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting
