Altera Digital Health is seeking a Demo Specialist to showcase its financial and clinical solutions. The role involves delivering engaging software demonstrations, leveraging expertise in hospital revenue cycle management and clinical workflows. The Demo Specialist will work remotely within the U.S. and report directly to management.

The role involves:

• Delivering engaging and persuasive software demonstrations.
• Acting as a subject matter expert in hospital revenue cycle operations.
• Configuring and optimizing demo environments.
• Supporting the sales team with pre-sales activities.
• Providing feedback to product management teams.
• Leveraging leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging software demonstrations.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and their impact on revenue cycle.
• Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems, preferably Altera’s solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting.
