Expert Demo Specialist - Hospital Financials & Clinicals / Remote

Altera Digital Health is seeking a Demo Specialist with expertise in hospital revenue cycle management and clinical workflows. The role involves delivering compelling software demonstrations of Altera’s financial and clinical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging software demonstrations.
• Acting as a subject matter expert in hospital revenue cycle operations.
• Configuring and optimizing demo environments.
• Supporting the sales team with pre-sales activities.
• Providing feedback to product management teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems, preferably Altera’s (formerly Allscripts) solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and their impact on revenue cycle efficiency.
