Job Description
Altera Digital Health is seeking a Demo Specialist to showcase Altera's financial and clinical solutions. The role involves delivering software demonstrations, acting as a subject matter expert in hospital revenue cycle operations, and supporting the sales team.
The Demo Specialist will be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging software demonstrations.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in hospital revenue cycle operations and clinical workflows.
- Configuring and optimizing demo environments.
- Supporting the sales team with pre-sales activities.
- Providing feedback to product management.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging software demonstrations.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and their impact on revenue cycle.
- Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare revenue cycle.
- Experience with RAC audits, claim scrubbing, ASC/APC reimbursement, medical necessity checking, and open database systems.
