Job Description
Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is seeking a Client Success Executive (CSE) to serve as the voice of the client within Altera and vice versa. This remote role, based in the U.S., focuses on ensuring robust adoption of Altera's TouchWorks platform, maximizing expansion opportunities, and minimizing client attrition.He will collaborate with internal teams and clients to create remarkable experiences with Altera’s products and services through strategic roadmap planning and tactical execution. The CSE will review client business objectives, create supporting actions, and report progress on Key Performance Indicators.The role involves:
  • Primary Altera contact for clients, ensuring extraordinary experiences with TouchWorks.
  • Leading complex collaborations between client and Altera teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs and contribute to product improvement.
  • Facilitating Operational Plan Reviews and Strategic Roadmap Planning.
  • Ensuring client regulatory preparedness related to TouchWorks solutions.
  • Delivering client communications on business-impacting items.
  • Identifying and executing solution optimizations and workflow best practices.
  • Driving client participation in Voice of Customer processes.
  • Supporting the resolution of financial or contractual disputes.
  • Driving client prioritization with escalated issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, IT, or related field.
  • 4-7 years’ experience in client success within healthcare IT.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare IT landscape and regulations.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience facilitating strategic roadmap planning.
  • Strong understanding of client onboarding and adoption processes.
  • Skilled at managing client relationships at all levels.
  • Experience driving client participation in Voice of Customer programs.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and CRM tools.
  • Clinical background and TouchWorks experience preferred.
