Author Health is seeking a Facilitated Telehealth Coordinator to serve as the in-person liaison between the patient and the virtual care team. This role involves traveling to patient homes or primary care offices to assist patients with telehealth visits, facilitating communication between providers and patients, and coordinating telehealth services in various settings.
  • Assist patients with connecting to telehealth visits.

Requirements:
  • Comfort working with the senior population and those with behavioral health conditions.
  • Knowledge of telehealth technology and software.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driver’s license and car.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100 miles round trip per day.
