Job Description

Beast Industries, founded by Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast), is seeking a Producer for Branded Content. This role is based in Greenville, NC. The Producer will be a creative problem-solver who is obsessed with finding answers and turning ideas into reality in the branded content space. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, nimble, and a team player, with experience establishing a brand voice and presence in the social media world.

What this role involves:

• Overseeing all production aspects of a specific brand, ensuring content aligns with the brand's voice and feel.
• Collaborating with creatives to understand the feasibility of bits and scenes.
• Working with the team to prioritize tasks needed to execute bits and scenes.
• Researching hard-to-find people, locations, and props.
• Negotiating with vendors, locations, and other big components for a video.
• Working with the team on day-to-day tasks for the overall video.
• Pitching options and visuals to creative teams.

Requirements:

• Understanding of creative-first, production-second thinking.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership qualities.
• Previous experience in branded content and marketing.
• Previous experience managing budgets and social media campaigns.
• Previous experience working in branded video production.
