Job Description
Beast Industries, founded by MrBeast, is seeking a Thumbnail Photographer/Videographer to translate concepts into final products. The ideal candidate will be proficient in camera operation, lighting, set design, and costuming. They should be a creative problem solver with excellent people skills, dedicated to improving their output and always willing to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with designers by building sets and shooting source needed to create the best thumbnails possible.
- Facilitating and capturing thumbnail sources.
- Working with on-site teams daily to ensure the creative vision of the designers is met.
- Purchasing costumes, sourcing materials, and scouting locations.
- Scheduling Talent, Camera and crew for shoots
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Extensive knowledge of cameras (both photo and video).
- Proven experience directing photo shoots and posing subjects.
- Expertise in working with studio lights, achieving excellent lighting, and creating diverse lighting setups.
- Great communication skills to operate with a wide range of people and businesses
- Flexibility to adapt with fast paced timelines and adjustments
- Detail-oriented, creative problem solver, task-driven, and compelled to grow in their craft
- Willingness to relocate for a full-time position.
