Beast Industries, founded by Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast), is seeking a Creative Producer to join their team in Greenville, NC. The company is known for digital content creation and operates across digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and innovative business initiatives. The Creative Producer will be a problem solver who is obsessed with finding answers and turning ideas into reality. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and thrive under pressure, understanding how to research and make adjustments to meet timelines and budgets.

What this role involves:

• Collaborating with creatives to understand the feasibility of bits and scenes.
• Prioritizing tasks needed to execute bits and scenes.
• Researching hard-to-find people, locations, and props.
• Negotiating with vendors and locations.
• Working with the team on day-to-day tasks for the overall video.
• Pitching options and visuals to creative teams.

Requirements:

• Experience building relationships and overcoming obstacles.
• Creative-first thinking with a production-second approach.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership qualities.
• Previous experience in YouTube or heavy consumer of YouTube.
