TikTok Specialist

Beast Industries, founded by Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast), is seeking a TikTok Specialist to support their short-form video team. The TikTok Specialist will collaborate with the Vertical Creative and Production teams, contributing to ideation and execution.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They should be well-versed in current trends and capable of researching and categorizing relevant data.

What this role involves:

• Ideating concepts and prepping pitches with the Head of Vertical and Head of Creative.
• Leading ideation of TikTok ideas.
• Collaborating with the TikTok Team Production Manager and producers to organize props and materials.
• Assisting in running a writers' room of junior ideators.

Requirements:

• Constant awareness of TikTok culture and trends.
• Ability to identify trends before they become mainstream.
• Capability to execute creative projects quickly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Passion for YouTube and creating high-quality content.
