The Outreach Liaison role at Author Health involves connecting patients with mental health and social services. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a drive to help patients access care. The Outreach Liaison will meet in-person with patients with SMI, SUD, and dementia in various settings to build connections and help them schedule appointments.

Role Involves:

  • Conducting in-person outreach to educate potential patients and caregivers
  • Organizing and prioritizing workload to meet monthly outreach and enrollment goals
  • Utilizing Author Health’s CRM and electronic medical record
  • Collaborating with internal outreach and care teams
  • Aiding in capturing data and providing feedback on outreach strategies
  • Participating in virtual meetings

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service/sales or healthcare outreach
  • Multi-lingual (Spanish and/or Haitian Creole) preferred
  • Strong ability to initiate conversations and build connections
  • Experience in healthcare, social services, or mental health services
  • Proficiency in critical thinking, time management, and multitasking
  • Able to work independently and meet monthly outreach goals successfully
  • Enthusiasm for working in an innovative, fast-paced startup environment
