Author Health is seeking an Outreach Liaison in Tampa, Florida, to connect patients with mental health and social services. The Outreach Liaison will meet with patients with SMI, SUD, and dementia in various locations to build relationships and help them schedule appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person outreach to educate potential patients and caregivers
- Independently organize and prioritize workload
- Utilize Author Health’s CRM and electronic medical record
- Work collaboratively with internal outreach and care teams
- Aid in capturing data and providing feedback on outreach strategies
- Participate in virtual meetings
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service/sales or healthcare outreach
- Strong ability to initiate conversations and build connections
- Experience in healthcare, social services, or mental health services
- Proficiency in critical thinking, time management, and multitasking
- Able to work independently and meet monthly outreach goals
- Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment
- Access to a car and strong tech proficiency
- Adherence to HIPAA regulations
