Cabify is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its B2B team in Lima, Peru. The company believes in a new form of urban mobility and this role will contribute to that mission.

The Sales Development Representative will report to the B2B Sales Manager and will be responsible for generating negotiation opportunities (outbound leads) through prospecting and qualifying companies that fit Cabify's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating negotiation opportunities (outbound leads) through prospecting and qualifying companies that fit Cabify's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Generating negotiation opportunities (outbound leads) through the qualification and dynamization of companies from the existing portfolio in Cabify's CRM that fit the ideal customer profile (ICP, Ideal Customer Profile).
  • Allocating budget to the actions and/or tools necessary to bring Outbound Leads to the Sales Executive portfolio.
  • Attending to the reception of negotiation opportunities (inbound leads) through the management and qualification of companies registered in the Cabify web form that fit Cabify's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP, Ideal Customer Profile).
  • Analyzing and quantifying the needs of the sales executives' portfolio to establish action plans aimed at satisfying their needs in their mission to close a new business.
  • Studying sectoral trends and best practices of the lead-gen environment worldwide, to then apply the knowledge in new techniques within the organization.

Cabify is looking for someone with:

  • Alignment with our principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • >1 year of experience in similar positions.
  • Proactivity, assertiveness, and passion.
  • Person oriented to results, teamwork and cooperation, great capacity to make decisions and resolution.
  • Excellent management of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Indispensable knowledge in Salesforce, Hubspot or some other CRM.
  • Languages: intermediate English required.
