Cabify is seeking a highly motivated CRM Specialist to join its Marketing team in Bogotá, Colombia. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the CRM strategy to achieve business objectives. They will collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to align CRM efforts with the full-funnel approach.This role involves:
  • Defining and implementing the CRM strategy based on business goals.
  • Analyzing CRM strategy results and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Planning, executing, and delivering CRM campaigns and projects.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for campaign production and delivery.
  • Identifying process improvements and ensuring data integrity.
Cabify requires:
  • A professional degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience using CRM tools and analytics.
  • Minimum 2 years experience.
