Cabify is seeking a Senior Marketplace Specialist to lead the management and optimization of their marketplace in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role aims to maximize value for users and ensure an efficient and scalable experience.
The Senior Marketplace Specialist will lead growth strategies, analyze key data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and spearhead initiatives that enhance engagement, acquisition, and retention of key users (drivers and clients).
Responsibilities include:
- Leading strategies to optimize key marketplace functions, including prioritization, pricing, and management tools.
- Conducting detailed analysis of key users, segmenting by behavior and preferences, to personalize marketing and engagement strategies.
- Collaborating with product and technology teams to prioritize developments that ensure scalability and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinating multi-channel driver acquisition campaigns with Marketing, maximizing conversion and optimizing resource use.
- Developing and implementing revenue strategies, including pricing and loyalty models, that balance user satisfaction and profitability.
- Defining and monitoring key KPIs, generating reports and dashboards to evaluate the impact of strategies and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Professional in administrative or business careers (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Logistics).
- Leadership skills, strategic vision, growth mindset, and experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Extensive experience in analysis applied to business problems (experience in SQL, Amplitude, and/or Tableau is valued).
- Ability to interpret company data and discover key insights and growth opportunities.
- Knowledge in entrepreneurship, consulting, or operational strategy; experience in marketplace areas in other companies is a plus.
