Cabify is seeking a Logistics LiveOps Associate to support its mission of creating a more sustainable and efficient urban mobility ecosystem. The LiveOps Associate will play a crucial role in monitoring drivers, managing incidents, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The company believes in creating economic, social and environmental value through sustainable mobility alternatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and supporting drivers during distribution.
  • Managing incidents with the assigned fleet.
  • Identifying deviations in delivery processes and taking proactive actions.
  • Coordinating communication between dispatch, drivers, and recipients.
  • Monitoring compliance with protocols within the fleet.
  • Addressing operational needs of accounts.
  • Detecting opportunities for service improvement.
  • Analyzing daily operations and ensuring quality customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in operations, preferably in technology, food delivery, or last-mile logistics.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and autonomous profile.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like Microsoft Excel (Zendesk, Tableau is a plus).
  • Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday, 15hs to 00hs.
