Cabify is seeking a Logistics LiveOps Associate to support its mission of creating a more sustainable and efficient urban mobility ecosystem. The LiveOps Associate will play a crucial role in monitoring drivers, managing incidents, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The company believes in creating economic, social and environmental value through sustainable mobility alternatives.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and supporting drivers during distribution.
- Managing incidents with the assigned fleet.
- Identifying deviations in delivery processes and taking proactive actions.
- Coordinating communication between dispatch, drivers, and recipients.
- Monitoring compliance with protocols within the fleet.
- Addressing operational needs of accounts.
- Detecting opportunities for service improvement.
- Analyzing daily operations and ensuring quality customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in operations, preferably in technology, food delivery, or last-mile logistics.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and autonomous profile.
- Proficiency in analytical tools like Microsoft Excel (Zendesk, Tableau is a plus).
- Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday, 15hs to 00hs.
