Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager in Bogota, Colombia. The role involves being responsible for all service indicators related to corporate clients and the collaborative resources needed to meet growth and expansion goals.

The Logistics Operations Manager will lead improvement projects, seek effective and scalable solutions with a focus on task automation, identify opportunities for improvement across different business lines, optimize processes, and work with global teams to ensure service quality. The role also involves expanding service models to new geographies and optimizing key performance indicators.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading improvement projects and finding scalable solutions.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in different business lines.
  • Optimizing processes and working with global teams.
  • Expanding service models to new geographies.
  • Managing and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Managing fleet operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in technology startups is a must-have; logistics experience is optional.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in operations, operational processes, or consulting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team management.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving experience.
  • Proficiency in implementing continuous improvement projects and agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of operations processes, creation of manuals, flowcharts, and management indicators.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, scenario simulation, and quantitative methods.
