Cabify is seeking a Senior Logistics Sales Executive in Bogotá, Colombia. This role involves positioning the Cabify brand with energy, optimism, and passion within the Cabify Logistics team, a rapidly growing business unit focused on first and last-mile services.Cabify believes and works towards a new form of urban mobility by creating sustainable and efficient mobility alternatives that generate economic, social and environmental value. Cabify´s goal is to have less private cars on the streets as well as more efficient routes.
Responsibilities: - Prospecting potential clients for the logistics business (last mile and other services).
- Qualifying leads based on the company's ideal client criteria.
- Establishing relationships with new clients and securing contracts to meet sales quotas.
- Maintaining a high level of service knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Delivering presentations to senior executives and decision-makers.
- Developing commercial proposals tailored to each client's needs, including payment terms.
- Keeping the CRM updated with detailed notes and sales/prospecting KPIs.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to account creation and first trip (CFIDO).
- Coordinating with the operations team for client onboarding.
- Providing feedback on lead quality, sales cycle optimization, and market trends.
Requirements: - Alignment with Cabify's principles.
- Professional degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to work and results-oriented approach.
- Proactive and organized with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, and Google Suites.
- Experience in startups or logistics companies is ideal.
- English language proficiency (non-exclusive).
