Cabify is seeking a Customer Experience and Operations Intern to join their Customers Operations team in Madrid. The intern will contribute to positioning the Cabify brand with energy, optimism, and passion. This role requires collaboration across all departments, ensuring continuous learning, challenges, and fun.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data to identify problems and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand support procedures and propose solutions for better customer experience.
  • Participating in the implementation of improvement initiatives, conducting root cause analysis, and monitoring corrective actions.
  • Identifying trends and patterns from operational data to anticipate potential issues and recommend preventive actions.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of support procedures.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Education in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Solid knowledge in statistical analysis, data visualization tools, and databases.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or Business Intelligence tools.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex results to different audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Interest in continuous improvement and willingness to learn new methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Knowledge in Tableau or Power BI.
