Cabify is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join their Customer Operations team in Madrid. This person will be responsible for ensuring excellent support to all audiences, focusing on continuous improvement. The Customer Support department executes internal operations and ad hoc campaigns based on business needs.He/she Provides a secure, reliable, and superior service to all users, generating high value-added processes efficiently and scalably.Role involves:
  • Using established tools to meet operational KPIs.
  • Following all protocols, processes, reports, and policies.
  • Ensuring timely and appropriate responses across communication channels.
  • Providing excellent and empathetic customer experience.
  • Complying with data protection laws.
  • Adhering to anti-fraud policies.
  • Managing critical cases and coordinating with the legal area.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • University degree or student in final cycles (Administration, Business, etc.).
  • Excellent service attitude.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk, Talkdesk, Zopim, and other similar tools.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Office tools.
  • Results-oriented and self-sufficient.
