Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Global Offline Support Specialist to enhance customer loyalty and acquire new driver-partners. The role involves leading support tasks for the planning, organization, and execution of the offline support strategy, working closely with C-Ops Global areas and coordinating with local teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the execution of channel strategies.
  • Generating control and auditing KPIs.
  • Creating reports and dashboards for monitoring KPIs.
  • Proposing improvements to acquisition and support processes.
  • Monitoring budget execution.
  • Designing efficient support models for offices.
  • Documenting channel policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring effective communication between markets and global areas.
  • Auditing strategy execution in markets.
  • Communicating objectives of each KPI to the team.
  • Implementing contingency plans and generating solutions to problems.
  • Complying with organizational policies and governmental guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in offline activities.
  • Autonomy and responsibility for remote work.
  • University education.
  • Experience in face-to-face operations in customer management and service areas.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of Latin American culture is desirable.
  • Availability to travel if required.
