Cabify is seeking a passionate and talented Formador to join their team in Bogotá. Cabify's goal is to make cities better places to live by improving the mobility of the people who live in them, connecting passengers and drivers with just the touch of a button.The Formador will be responsible for executing training strategies for all transnational contact center employees. He/She will support and control the execution of training processes to develop and strengthen the technical skills and soft skills of employees. Cabify expects him to plan and design training activities and programs and design instructional resources to be used (manuals, guides, evaluations, among others).
Responsibilities: - Executing training strategies for transnational contact center employees.
- Supporting the execution of training processes.
- Planning and designing training activities and programs.
- Designing instructional resources.
- Collaborating in the process of identifying internal client needs.
- Implementing and executing training sessions, talks, workshops, and presentations.
- Managing the logistics of training sessions.
- Providing support in various activities of the area.
- Collaborating and managing communications and information publications.
- Delivering management reports on the team's performance.
- Reporting low performance cases in training.
- Working with quality, WFM, and operations areas to align actions.
Requirements: - Technologist or student of last semesters in careers such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related careers with the educational field.
